We like to practice law. But even more, we like to see our clients achieve success. We appreciate the risks, extreme dedication, endurance and vision it takes to establish a business and grow it into a successful enterprise. No matter what its size, a business’s success is often a result of personal investments – more than just capital - made in it by its founders and leaders. We understand that, because it is just that kind of investment and dedication we made when first entering the practice of law, and continue to make in our practice.

The firm was founded in the spirit of entrepreneurship that is the seed for all successful businesses, but also more fundamentally as the result of a search for a way to achieve greater connection with the purpose behind legal representation. We want to get to know our clients, what drives them, and where they want to go. We have found that this kind of connection to the client or its leaders and founders is often not made in large law firms by the lawyers who actually represent them on a daily basis. This disconnect can cause attorneys and clients to relate to each other on a transactional basis - work product upon demand in exchange for payment.

The fundamental premise of our practice is to provide high quality legal advice and representation on a relational basis; it is our goal to team with our clients to determine the best use of the law to achieve their aims, whether through proper planning, initiating or defending litigation to protect their rights.

We have a history of hard work, dedication, practical experience and achievement. This foundation enables us to offer our clients the kind of thoughtful, in-depth analysis and proactive representation that they would expect from large law firms, but without the cost and excessive staffing or turnover often associated with them.
