We work with companies, entrepreneurs and individuals to solve tough questions of law, to resolve disputes before and throughout litigation, and to provide guidance and advice on general corporate legal issues, including business entity formation. We are able to offer such counsel while giving our clients personal attention, rather than giving advice that has been filtered through several attorneys the client may never meet and who may change over the period of representation. We do not have a staff of new lawyers who are learning the basics while performing research and work for our clients, sometimes duplicating work that has already been done. We gather the information, perform the work, and report to our clients directly, lessening the cost and time inefficiencies and confusion that can arise out of over-staffing.
